We have an opportunity to join our Merchandising Team!

 

Main role and responsibilities include:

Coordinating with the category team and Head of Merchandiser to ensure the accuracy of inventory planning and forecasting. 

Managing the inventory level throughout a product lifecycle to ensure the availability targets are achieved at all stages. 

Coordinating with the category team to highlight and reduce excess inventory, and minimize stock-outs. 

Conducting deep dive analysis on inventory trends and KPIs, identifying risks and opportunities, and recommending appropriate actions. 

Ensuring accurate and timely reporting of inventory metrics and KPIs 

Manage Open To Buy  for Homewares category Coordinating with Supply chain and category teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods. 

Collaborating with suppliers on sales forecasts to improve On time in full performance of the category   

 

 Key Requirements: 

 Master's degree in business, supply chain management, logistics, or a related field. 

Proven experience in inventory planning, forecasting, and management, preferably in a retail or e-commerce setting. 

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and draw actionable insights. 

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. 

Experience with inventory management software would be an advantage 

The ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously. 

Practical understanding of Inventory related KPI’s Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
