Your Role: Branch Manager

As the Branch Manager, you will report to the Regional Director and oversee all daily functions within the branch. You will be key in developing and implementing a business plan to achieve revenue, sales, and service goals.

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: Previous management experience is essential. Experience in managing a busy builders providers is a distinct advantage.
  • Industry Knowledge: A strong understanding of the construction industry.
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Word and Excel. A third-level degree in a commercial discipline is desirable but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the sales team to provide enthusiastic and friendly customer service.
  • Understand basic accounting and computer operations.
  • Collaborate with division managers and sales reps to set and achieve monthly growth targets.
  • Work closely with the Regional Director to drive branch development and ensure service excellence.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of Chadwicks Group and competitor products/services.
  • Improve branch performance across key metrics.
  • Undertake customer service duties to ensure efficient branch management.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement through performance coaching.
  • Maintain a clean, well-organised, and properly merchandised store.
  • Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and controls.
  • Handle branch administration tasks.

Contract Details:

  • Permanent, Full-time (39 hours/week)
  • Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday roster participation
  • Location: Nenagh, Co. Tipperary
