Woodies is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Space Planning Intern to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to gain practical experience in retail space planning, data analysis, and cross-functional teamwork. As a Space Planning Intern, you will help optimise our in-store layouts and support commercial goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality retail planograms to support commercial objectives and enhance in-store execution.
• Analyse sales data and product performance to drive improvements in planogram effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Commercial, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment across business functions.
• Support workplace planning in line with the trading calendar.
• Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of the space planning function.
• Maintain clear and effective internal communication to ensure accurate implementation of planograms in stores.
• Provide administrative and operational support as required by your line manager.

Key Skills & Experience

• High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data clearly.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organisational skills; able to manage time-sensitive tasks independently.
• Confident communicator, able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and store teams.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous process improvement.
• Previous experience in an administrative, retail support, or analytical role is desirable.
