The ideal candidates:

• Strong analytical skills paired with passion and drive.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office packages, particularly Excel.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Exceptionally organised, self-motivated, and able to thrive under pressure.
• Genuine enthusiasm for working closely within the wider commercial team, stores, and suppliers to optimise category performance.
• Proven ability to work effectively within a team environment

Main role responsibilities include:

• Planning and controlling inventory levels to maximise availability and sales.
• Forecasting sales, managing replenishment and allocation.
• Managing stock intake, markdowns and open to buy in line with budget.
• Managing stock risk through the business.
• Maintaining an accurate inbound and outbound schedule while managing stock replenishment.
• Ensuring timely deliveries for promotional and seasonal lines.
• Key KPIs: sales, availability, stock turn, open to buy.
