We have an opportunity to join our Merchandising Team!
The ideal candidates:
- Strong analytical skills paired with passion and drive.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office packages, particularly Excel.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Exceptionally organised, self-motivated, and able to thrive under pressure.
- Genuine enthusiasm for working closely within the wider commercial team, stores, and suppliers to optimise category performance.
- Proven ability to work effectively within a team environment
Main role responsibilities include:
- Planning and controlling inventory levels to maximise availability and sales.
- Forecasting sales, managing replenishment and allocation.
- Managing stock intake, markdowns and open to buy in line with budget.
- Managing stock risk through the business.
- Maintaining an accurate inbound and outbound schedule while managing stock replenishment.
- Ensuring timely deliveries for promotional and seasonal lines.
- Key KPIs: sales, availability, stock turn, open to buy.
