As a Driver Mentor you will act as a lead HGV driver across your region. You'll be responsible for delivering excellent customer service through the safe, efficient delivery of goods, while also supporting the development, performance, and training of other drivers. You will onboard new drivers, provide coaching and feedback, and serve as a relief HGV driver when required.
