Reports to: Warehouse Supervisor

Hours: Mon- Fri 08.00am – 5.00pm/ 08.30am – 5.30pm (Lunch 1 Hour) 

Salary: On Application

Role Purpose: Support the branch operation by assisting customers, handling deliveries, picking and packing products, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Understand the product range and availability. 

  • Take responsibility for learning and development. 

  • Communicate clearly with customers and escalate issues when needed. 

  • Assist with loading and unloading stock safely. 

  • Ensure correct documentation for goods in and out. 

  • Report damaged stock promptly. 

* Complete all required training. 

  • Perform daily safety checks on equipment. 

  • Participate in stocktaking activities. 

  • Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently. 

Person Specification: 

  • Good communication and customer service skills 

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team 

  • Safety-conscious and proactive 

  • No prior experience required—training provided

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): 

  • Pick and pack orders with at least 98% accuracy. 

  • Ensure all delivery tickets are signed and documented. 

  • Complete daily equipment safety checks. 

  • Meet daily loading targets. 

  • Follow safety procedures and avoid accidents. 

  • Report damaged stock within the same day.
