The programmes are designed to be a step by step progression from the shop floor to Deputy Manager.
The course is 12 - 18 months in duration and success will mean gaining a nationally recognised qualification. The Management Training programme is a great way to boost career and promotion prospects and equip our colleagues with the tools required to become our Managers of the future.
This programme is aimed at Deputy Managers looking to make the step up to Branch General Manager
Accreditation: Nationally recognised Levy funded Level 4 Award
Duration: 18 months
Progression: An ideal route to Branch General Manager
Application process: Online internal application subject to Line Manager approval
Course Delivery: 2 classroom sessions per month
Time Commitment: 30 hours per month including classroom sessions
