HR Administrator Intern - Clondalkin, Dublin 22 (3 - Month Fixed Term Contract)

Join the Chadwicks Group, Ireland's leading builder’s merchanting company, for a dynamic and rewarding HR Administrator role on a 3-month fixed-term contract. We're looking for a highly organised and proactive individual to provide essential support to our HR Operations department, with a particular focus on recruitment administration and coordination. This role also offers the opportunity to support the wider HR team across various functions.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and managing candidate communications.
  • Provide general HR administrative support, including handling HR system adjustments and maintaining HR files.
  • Support the HR team with monthly audits, contract issuance, and reporting.
  • Manage the HR inbox, responding to queries promptly.
  • Coordinate company induction programs and manage colleague recognition initiatives.
  • Participate in employee relations case administration and support occupational health processes.
  • Contribute to ad-hoc HR projects and engagement activities.

What We're Looking For: 

  • Strong administration and organisational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with HRM systems like Core HR is desirable.
  • Knowledge of Irish Employment Law is a plus.
  • HR qualification or CIPD accreditation (or working towards it) is advantageous.

Contract Type: 

  • 3-month fixed-term contract.
  • Full-time, 39-hour week, Monday to Friday.
