The Senior Reward and Benefits Analyst will be responsible for developing and delivering an accurate, efficient and effective colleague reward structure ensuring best practice and that the businesses remain compliant with relevant tax authorities and legislation, whilst maintaining the financial integrity and legal compliance for the business payrolls. The role will also develop and deliver new Employee Benefit programmes across the Group aligning requirements to the individual Business Units. This includes the management and co-ordination of annual benefit cycles (including but not limited to Private Healthcare Scheme, Health Cash Plan, UK SAYE scheme, LTIPS and bonus).

Key Accountabilities:

  • Manage day-to-day responsibilities of our benefit and wellness programs and vendors such as our Employee Assistance, Long Term Incentive, Insurance Brokerage, and benefit administration system
  • Partner on all aspects of the reward structures ensuring compliance with the latest relevant legislation, statutory filing deadlines, and internal controls and management reporting requirements, liaising with Suppliers, Tax authorities, Finance, and other internal/external functions as appropriate
  • Work closely with Human Resource teams across the Group and other internal stakeholders to ensure programs are utilised to the fullest potential and are compliant * Continually evaluating processes to optimise efficiency and build standardisation
  • Provide technical support for payroll, reward and benefits to ensure legal/compliance requirements * Lead on continuing to build the relationships with suppliers to ensure that the business achieves best value and choice with its reward and benefits package
  • Guiding business leaders through the Group benefits that are available for their employees and promoting this to employees through presentations and workshops
  • Manage employee benefit projects to ensure that all benefits give good value to the Group and employees ensuring that all schemes are managed efficiently, and necessary improvements made
  • Provide expert advice for due diligence on reward & employee benefit matters for Company acquisitions and disposals * Support ongoing efforts to ensure that benefit offerings align with market practice and that costs are managed to optimise the employee and employer value proposition
  • Provide benchmarking and analytical support on reward and benefits across the Group

Qualifications/Knowledge/Skills/Experience:

  • Experience in a complex business environment with direct experience in corporate benefits or benefits consulting
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities simultaneously * Analytical skills and experience, including proficiency with data analysis
  • Hands-on approach and willingness to be involved with both strategic development and tactical implementation
  • Ability to collaborate and work in cross functional teams to drive solutions
  • A global mindset while also being in tune with local context and best practice
  • Self-motivated; ability to work on your own with strong follow-through
