Finance Partner – HSS Hire Ireland – Fixed Term Contract (14 Months)
HSS Hire Ireland, now part of Chadwicks Group. Based in the HSS Hire business, we now have an opportunity to join our team on a temporary basis, supporting the HSS Finance function in the role of Finance Partner, reporting directly to HSS Hire Managing Director.

Principle Objective
The Finance Partner joins at an exciting time as HSS Hire is integrating into the Chadwicks Group. This is a key appointment and will be responsible for supporting finance operations for the HSS business whilst also aligning systems & processes to Chadwicks Group.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitoring weekly and monthly revenue results vs budget/forecast
- Forecasting / Budgeting
- Data extraction and analysis
- Build & maintain financial models for scenario planning, profitability, and Capex
- Monitor and review weekly KPIs
- Act as finance liaison to all other teams both within HSS Hire and Chadwicks
- Lead the implementation and integration of new processes and systems within the finance department as HSS Hire aligns to Chadwicks Group Finance processes
- Develop and execute change management plans to ensure a smooth integration to Chadwicks Group.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to gain buy-in and support for process improvements and changes.
Key Requirements
- Qualified accountant with minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance leadership role in a multi-site business of scale. PLC experience is advantageous.
- Strong leadership and team-building capabilities, with a focus on fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook etc) and ERP systems, with experience optimizing these tools.
Contract Type
- Temporary (14 months) full time
- Full time 37.5 hour contract
- Working week Monday to Friday (Hybrid Working)
