Sales Assistant - Euronics Department - Rooney's, Kells. Co. Meath

As a Euronics Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role on delivering exceptional customer service while offering information on the latest technology and appliances, creating an engaging shopping experience for customers while contributing to the success of our store.


Your tasks will include: 

  • Delivering best in class service to our customers including expert advice on our products and services
  • Assisting customers in choosing and designing their dream electrical appliances.
  • Selling to both retail and trade customers
  • Produce appropriate customer quotations
  • Ensure all quotations are followed up in a timely manner.
  • Dealing with all customer queries including telephone queries, in an efficient and professional manner.
  • Maintaining the highest standards of store presentation and cleanliness Managing point of sale processes, including cash, card & credit transactions.
  • Adhering to policies and procedures for the security of cash and merchandise.
  • Product coding, pricing, and updating of prices on goods for re-sales.
  • Adherence to all Society policies & procedures, Health & Safety procedures, and reporting of any hazards to the Branch Management.
  • Carrying out any additional duties as required to meet business requirements

Your knowledge, skills and experience include:

  • You will have held a similar position in a retail environment (preferably Electrical sales).
  • Experience and product knowledge within the electrical industry will be an important factor but not essentail and training will be provided.
  • Hardworking, Conscientious and Self Motivated
  • Ability to focus efforts and energy on successfully achieving standards of excellence in delivery of goals and objectives.
