We’re looking for a Buying Coordinator to join our dynamic Commercial Team.

 
 

 What You’ll Bring: 

  • Commercial awareness and experience working in a retail environment is preferred. 

  • An understanding of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

  • Attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.

  • A collaborative approach, working closely with other departments, our stores and suppliers to resolve queries and drive efficiency.

  • Ability to manage time-sensitive tasks and work on your own initiative.

  • Previous experience in an administrative or buying support role is preferred.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Own and manage the supplier price file, resolving any price queries quickly and accurately.
  • List new product lines, process purchase orders, and ensure timely deliveries for promotional and seasonal range
  • Keep all Repak packaging and space planning information up to date in our systems.
  • Update promotional folders with all relevant information for our Marketing team.
  • Liaise with suppliers on purchase orders, packaging styles, shipping marks and delivery schedules.
  • Work with suppliers to ensure the timely arrival of stock.
  • Check container arrivals, confirm accurate duty rates have been paid and book containers into our systems, allocating stock as needed.
