7.5t Driver

Role Purpose To deliver goods safely and efficiently to customers using a 7.5-tonne vehicle, ensuring excellent customer service, compliance with transport regulations, and accurate documentation. 

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver goods to customers in a timely and professional manner. 

Perform daily vehicle checks and report any defects. 

Ensure all delivery paperwork is completed accurately. 

Load and unload goods safely using appropriate equipment. 

Maintain cleanliness and safety of the vehicle. 

Follow all road safety and transport regulations. 

Communicate effectively with customers and resolve delivery issues. 

Assist in the warehouse when required. 

Person Specification:

Valid Category C1 driving licence. 

Driver CPC qualification. 

Good communication and customer service skills. 

Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 

Safety-conscious and reliable. 

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

On-time delivery rate (target: ≥ 95%). 

Accuracy of delivery documentation. 

Vehicle defect reporting compliance. 

Customer satisfaction feedback. 

Zero own-fault accidents or incidents
