The Job

Working within the Transport team to provide operational support to the business.

This role is responsible for

• Answering telephone calls and dealing with branch requests.
• Booking maintenance inspections
• Chasing and updating paperwork
• Raising purchase order numbers for invoicing.
• Maintaining vehicle file management.
• Data collating and monthly reporting. 

On a day to day basis we liaise with our branches and suppliers to ensure all tasks are completed.

This role is a varied role with different challenges making no day the same but with the satisfaction of knowing that our branches are provided with the best service.

Admin experience is preferred however full training and support is provided.
