  • Reporting: Support the creation and maintenance of HR reports using various reporting tools.
  • Training & Documentation: Help develop user guides and deliver training to colleagues.
  • Compliance: Ensure all processes meet GDPR, company policies, and legal requirements.

What We’re Looking For

  • A recent graduate (any discipline) with a passion for technology and data.
  • Problem solver: Enjoys tackling challenges and finding practical solutions.
  • Analytical thinker: Able to spot trends, anticipate issues, and suggest improvements.
  • Organised & adaptable: Can manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines.
  • Strong communicator: Confident communicating with people at all levels, both in writing and verbally.
  • Team player: Works well with others but can also take initiative and work independently.
  • Tech savvy: Comfortable learning and using a range of digital tools and systems, with good general IT skills.
  • Positive attitude: Friendly, proactive, and eager to learn.

Why Join Us?

  • Real responsibility: Make a genuine impact from day one.
  • Learning & development: Get full support, mentoring, and training to help you succeed.
  • Career progression: Build a strong foundation for a future in HR, data, or systems roles.
