We are looking for someone with previous office experience and would consider applications from individuals who wish to work flexibly to fit with their personal circumstances.

As a Commercial Administrator your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Managing claim back process for supported sales
- Maintaining supported terms on business management software ( training provided)
- Meeting with suppliers regularly to manage contracts profile
- Follow up credit notes and check discrepancies of claim payments
- Calculate supplier rebates, follow up rebate payment
- Weekly and monthly data entry for KPI’s
- Providing admin support to commercial and sales
- Assist with other functions in the Company as and when required
- The ability to prioritize and work to tight deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy
* Ability to be proactive and act on own initiative
- Good communication and effective feedback skills
- Ability to constructively challenge methods and suggest potential improvements
Knowledge, Expertise & Qualifications:
- Experience in administrative role (1 year)
- You will be a competent user of MS Office, have numerical and written competence
- Experience in Plumbing or Heating industries would be useful
